I am in the office. It is 11.30am, i am trying to do something. Babe is not sleeping, she cannot get to sleep. What can i do?

1.by using finger as a pacer, i can increase my reading speed.
2.read a whole group of words, not individual word.

1. human physicology: i always think that human is half animal half god. We are in between. A lot of human behaviour can be explained by it.
2. inner happiness: i am always a believer in what Buddha teach us. Though i think this topic is rather about practising than gaining knowledge.
